2. Colorway (example: "Apple Blossom")
3. # of skeins of each colorway
4. The address to which the item(s) will be shipped
5. (optional) A contact telephone number in case there is a question about your order
6. Method of payment: Paypal, personal check/money order, or international money order

Once your order request is received, you will be sent a Paypal invoice via email with the details of your order as well as your total and shipping charges. Upon confirmation of payment, your order will enter the queue for processing and you will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please keep in mind that custom painting each yarn order is a time-consuming process. Depending on the queue of orders for processing, your order may take a few weeks to complete. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Payment for orders may be made via Paypal, personal check or money order (in US dollars) payable to A.L. de Sauveterre, Inc. An order paid for by personal check will ship once the check has been cleared. Orders paid for by money order will ship upon receipt of the money order.

A flat fee of $6.50 for USPS Priority Mail shipping is charged for orders shipping to addresses within the United States. International shipping is available via USPS International Priority Mail or Fedex by request; please inquire for applicable rates.
